We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at our La Feria location. This role is ideal for a dedicated and ambitious professional looking to grow their career in the construction industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion. They will also monitor work and materials to maintain quality control standards and communicate effectively with the project team to execute job duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete projects on time
  • Quality Control: Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the project team and support each subcontractor to execute job duties efficiently
  • Safety and Compliance: Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location
  • Logistics: Maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site
  • Travel and Management: Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individual projects
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems and conflicts, organizing meetings and cooperating with team members in various roles as necessary
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Software Knowledge: Familiarity with software programs such as Master Builder, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to write reports and professional correspondence to vendors, government officials, and clients
  • Reading Comprehension: Good reading comprehension for technical documents, such as safety regulations, assembly and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communications skills, especially when addressing customers, clients, or official visitors
  • Regulation Awareness: Keen eye to identify non-compliance with regulations or standards and ability to suggest solutions for deficiencies or problems
  • Familiarity with Office Equipment: Familiarity with the operation of office equipment, such as digital cameras, fax machines, computers, copiers, and telephones
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for several hours at a time and to walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven ground
  • Client Management: Experience with managing demanding clients and offering creative solutions to meet commitments and requests
Compensation and Benefits

Noble Texas Builders offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
