Position Summary: As an Event Staff member, you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support during our events. This role offers a competitive hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and dismantle event equipment, including tables, chairs, and signage.
- Assist with attendee registration and check-in procedures.
- Provide directions and information to guests.
- Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Support crowd management and assist with lines or queues.
- Distribute promotional materials or giveaways effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless event execution.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances are important.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
