Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure shopping environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, wearing designated dress standards, radio, and earpiece.
  • Standing positioned at the front of the store, remaining vigilant, and aware of your surroundings.
  • Greeting every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting, promoting a sense of control and security.
  • Creating a secure environment and reducing opportunities for theft.

You will also possess a knowledge mastery of top shortage areas and support programs aimed at theft reduction, effectively communicate information about theft prevention during store rallies, collaborating with the Manager on Duty.
