Overview

We're simplifying the healthcare experience by connecting the dots between quality care and member outcomes. As a Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clinical programs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role

This position will focus on analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our clinical quality metrics. You'll work closely with providers to develop action plans and implement changes that enhance patient care and outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with providers to design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers and community leaders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kansas.
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical quality improvement or a related field.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the time to providers in designated counties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSN or Master's Degree in Clinical Field.
  • HEDIS or NCQA experience.
  • Experience leading teams or individuals for better quality outcomes.
