Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning, preparation, and clean up, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with guests to create a positive experience, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with proficiency in operating software.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
