Banquet Server

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team at Hilton Pensacola Beach. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests at special functions and events.

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist with event planning, preparation, and clean up, including setting up and packing away tables, tablecloths, and place settings.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Recommend beer and wine selections to guests and circulate the room with trays of appetizers and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and healthy working area, adhering to safety and quality regulations.
• Support other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints in a professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of server and customer service experience, with a preference for hospitality industry experience.
• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with the ability to work with computers and software.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented, with a strong team player attitude.
