Job Opportunity: Business Operations Manager

Elevate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our mission to provide top-tier service and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand into additional markets.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Manage third-party vendors and collaborate with team members to ensure key strategies are executed and completed.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
  • Coordinate marketing functions with an offshore resource and an external marketing agency, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing projects, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business operations roles, ideally within the consulting, project management, or professional services industry.
  • Understanding of IT Compliance & Privacy, AI Governance & Auditing, Cybersecurity Posture, and Process Improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the EOS Traction methodology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
