Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their fitness journey. You'll also support new member onboarding and provide guidance on our fitness offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, and resolving concerns
- Delivering an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members
- Supporting new member onboarding and providing guidance on our fitness offerings
Requirements:
- 1+ years of retail or fitness sales experience
- CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 per hour, along with benefits such as health coverage, paid time off, and a complimentary gym membership.
