The Creative Print Specialist is responsible for managing the print center operations, focusing on both design and production aspects. This role involves collaborating with clients to conceptualize, schedule, and execute their print projects effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess one to two years of relevant experience or hold an associate degree in graphic design or a related discipline. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a solid understanding of printing processes and hands-on experience with digital printing and finishing equipment. Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 based on skills and experience.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 3pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply color management techniques and make necessary file adjustments.
- Adhere to quality standards and guidelines.
- Interpret various instructions provided in written or verbal formats.
- Generate and present design concepts to clients.
- Meet with clients to refine designs according to their preferences.
- Thoroughly review job requirements before initiating the design process.
- Effectively manage production schedules and materials.
- Operate and maintain printing and finishing equipment.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail when reviewing all materials.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to two years of experience or an associate degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites (2 years preferred).
- Experience in production scheduling.
- Project management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with digital printing and finishing equipment.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of printing concepts and practices.
- Good understanding of color management and file adjustments.
- Ability to follow and comprehend quality guidelines.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining print and finishing equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and mathematics.
- Reliable and responsible work ethic.
- Able to lift 40+ pounds.
