Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a solid understanding of printing processes and hands-on experience with digital printing and finishing equipment. Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 based on skills and experience.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 3pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply color management techniques and make necessary file adjustments.
  • Adhere to quality standards and guidelines.
  • Interpret various instructions provided in written or verbal formats.
  • Generate and present design concepts to clients.
  • Meet with clients to refine designs according to their preferences.
  • Thoroughly review job requirements before initiating the design process.
  • Effectively manage production schedules and materials.
  • Operate and maintain printing and finishing equipment.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail when reviewing all materials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One to two years of experience or an associate degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites (2 years preferred).
  • Experience in production scheduling.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with digital printing and finishing equipment.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of printing concepts and practices.
  • Good understanding of color management and file adjustments.
  • Ability to follow and comprehend quality guidelines.
  • Proficient in operating and maintaining print and finishing equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and mathematics.
  • Reliable and responsible work ethic.
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds.
