Catholic Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team. As a RN in this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a short-term observation unit, assessing and managing patients who require further evaluation but do not require immediate hospital admission.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination, and review of clinical data.
- Employ critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding, and adapting the plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by CMC.
- Serve as a mentor for your team and participate in clinical committees to drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients.
- 1+ years of experience as a RN
- Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
- BSN strongly preferred
