Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all customers' and donors' needs are met with a genuine greeting and prompt, courteous assistance.
  • Stocking-priced items ready to be merchandised on the sales floor.
  • Assist in maintaining the store and donation area, keeping it clean, neat, and organized.
  • Follow all POS/Cash Register Policies in accordance with TSA Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards.
  • Attend required monthly store meetings.
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
  • Courteously assist the donor in removing donated items from their vehicle and provide a receipt.
  • Separate and sort donated material into proper containers and stack material as instructed by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Ability to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
  • Pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Pay and Schedule

Our stores operate 7 days a week, with work schedules determined by management. Part-time associates may be scheduled to work any part-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
