Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Luxury Beauty Sales Associate to join our team at Westman Atelier. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and product education to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily sales goals through in-store service and supporting vendor events
  • Deliver personalized makeup services and showcase excellent application skills with our unique products
  • Educate customers on brand knowledge and assist them in selecting products through demonstration and application
  • Participate in online learning programs and adhere to proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products
  • Maintain inventory practices, VM standards, and store image while working effectively with category managers and sales teams

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of beauty/sale experience; makeup artistry degree or certification preferred
  • Familiarity with retail environments; Sephora experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated success handling customer matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on business needs
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for clean luxury beauty and ability to communicate its value

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
