We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager at Maple View Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to identify potential health issues and provide timely interventions.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care and providing support and guidance as needed.
