About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized advice.
  • Prepare and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
  • Experience with tax planning and audit support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
