Job Title: Block Advisor Tax Advisor

At H&R Block, we're looking for experienced Tax Professionals to join our team as Block Advisors. As a Block Advisor, you'll play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complexities of tax season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients, utilizing virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services to clients.
  • Provide IRS audit support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcome.
  • Mentor and support teammates, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
