Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse-Mental Health to join our Behavioral Health team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide high-quality mental health services to patients in need.

This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with mental illness or substance use disorders.

Essential Duties:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct care to patients, including medication administration, counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Current, valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Minimum one year of full-time professional registered nursing experience providing direct patient care in a mental health setting

Salary and Benefits: $48.36 - $59.94 per hour, comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, pension plan participation, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities
