At the County of Ventura, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Clinic Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality patient care.

Job Description

The Primary Care Clinic Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering comprehensive, family-oriented clinical care to patients throughout their life cycle. This includes obtaining medical histories, performing physical examinations, making diagnoses, and treating patients. The incumbent will also prescribe medications and treatment, monitor patients' progress, and adapt treatment as required.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or higher degree in nursing or a clinical field related to nursing, with six months of full-time Nurse Practitioner experience. They must possess a current valid license as a Registered Nurse, a Nurse Practitioner Certificate issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing, and a National Provider Identifier (NPI) for billing purposes. A DEA license number is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $142,191.88 - $159,031.66 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes excellent health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plans and paid time off.
