Company Overview: The Cauldron Co. is a unique and immersive bar and restaurant chain with four locations in the United States and four locations across three cities in the UK.

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Customer Comms Lead to join our team, reporting directly to our CEO. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping our social media presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: You will spend time on-site in local and regional venues to capture footage and create content, posts, stories, and videos that showcase our magical experiences.
  • Platform Management: You will be responsible for posting and managing content on all major platforms, ensuring consistency and engaging our online community.
  • Customer Communication: You will manage our 3rd party customer support team, replying to customer questions, processing refunds, and escalating required tickets to your line manager.
  • Email Marketing: You will create and edit weekly emails that go to our audience in various markets, keeping them informed about our latest events and offers.
  • Community Engagement: You will engage with our online community by responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions across all platforms.
  • Influencer Collaboration: You will manage influencer outreach and strategy to ensure seamless integration into our social media strategy.
  • Alignment Weekly Calls: You will collaborate closely with location managers, Head of Digital Strategy, and CEO to ensure alignment on weekly activities, events, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience with creating, implementing, and measuring social media campaigns for various platforms.
  • A comprehensive understanding of social media KPIs and analytic tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging social media content.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: New York City & Metro Area, including Philly, NJ and Chicago.
