Social Media Strategy Lead

Scholastic Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Insights Specialist to join our Digital Services division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing analytics strategies to measure the performance of organic social media content. Your expertise in social media analytics tools and platforms will enable us to drive engagement and traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media analytics strategy focused on organic content performance and social listening insights.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all organic social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok) to assess content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Utilize social listening tools to gather insights on brand sentiment, audience preferences, emerging trends, and competitive activity.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in social media analytics or digital analytics.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) and social listening platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
