Solutions Architect

Saxon Global is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our team in a remote capacity.

Position Overview:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Individual Family Plans/Exchanges and various Regulatory initiatives. Key responsibilities include driving innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product management and technology architecture leads to develop and document strategic delivery roadmaps, including blueprints and reference architectures.
2. Employ a consultative and agile methodology to address challenges that align with business, technology, and financial strategies, adhering to established architectural principles.
3. Work closely with business partners and product managers to comprehend and influence business requirements, capabilities, and feature definitions.
4. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional requirements and their implications.
5. Stay informed about current and emerging technologies, utilizing insights to shape our technology strategy and solution design.
6. Facilitate the identification of solution options and features, preparing related estimates for business cases.
7. Create architecture deliverables that provide clear guidance for implementation by other teams.
8. Ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards, including solution patterns and application frameworks.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, with a focus on creating architecture artifacts such as blueprints and reference architectures.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience in driving solutions for consumer-facing products and programs.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

- This is a long-term position, and the client seeks candidates who are committed to the role beyond the initial contract duration.
- A background check and drug screening will be required.

Notes:
We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of enterprise architecture experience or those with a strong understanding of technology in the enterprise who are looking to transition into architecture.
