Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, finances, and personnel to optimize pharmacy operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Experience in pharmacy management, leadership, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
