">The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for full-time and part-time employment. Additionally, we offer attractive sign-on bonuses for new hires: $5,000 for full-time positions and $2,500 for part-time roles.
">Job Responsibilities
">As a Nursing Assistant, your primary role will be to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents, attending to their physical needs, comfort, and emotional well-being. This involves performing direct care tasks as assigned, adhering to resident care plans, and following established health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this position, you must possess:

- A current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state or equivalent qualifications.">
- A high school diploma or equivalent.">
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.">
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.">
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, and community staff.">
- Able to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.">
