Position Overview:
Seven Counties Services is looking for dedicated Safety and Security Specialists to join our team across various shifts. The primary responsibilities include:
  • Responding to and managing all facility emergencies with a compassionate approach.
  • Ensuring the safety and transportation of patients both within and outside the facility.
  • Monitoring premises through surveillance systems to maintain a secure environment.
  • Documenting and reporting any unusual incidents or occurrences.
  • Answering calls and providing assistance as needed.
  • Preparing detailed written reports of any incidents.
Compensation begins at $15+ per hour

Shift Differentials Offered:
  • 10% for evening shifts (3p-11p)
  • 12% for overnight shifts (11p-7a)
  • An additional $1 per hour for weekend shifts
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
