Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage strategic initiatives through the establishment and ongoing leadership of a program governance structure that ensures stakeholder engagement and efficient program execution.
  2. Map business objectives to impacted products and domains, and coordinate work across multiple domains, identifying the right product owners to bring in for specific areas of scope.
  3. Define the discovery needs for given scope of work and draft supporting project plans / timelines to achieve the overall project deliverables. Balance short-term solutioning with long-term strategic objectives.
  4. Develop roadmaps, plans, and metrics that communicate progress, risks, issues, and approach to execution that support continuous learning and improve outcomes.
  5. Translate prioritized features and enhancements to appropriate teams and escalate when capacity and proposed timelines are misaligned.
  6. Work closely with business and technical partners to align goals and priorities, including providing vision for PI events and backlog management.
  7. Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs.
  8. Drive decision-making for the business and demonstrate persistence in raising issues to the proper levels for attention and driving transparency at all levels surrounding program execution.
  9. Create best-in-class reports and prepare presentations related to LPL's strategic plays and growth initiatives that are SVP+, C-Suite, and Board ready.
Requirements:
  1. 7-10+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, compensation management, program & project management preferably within a financial services or related FinTech firm.
  2. 5+ years of developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams in an Agile environment.
  3. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  4. Ability to travel 25% of the time to client locations.

  3. Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to present materials to the highest levels in the organization and serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team.

  5. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and evaluate results against established objectives.

  7. Demonstrated ability to interact and influence senior leaders.
  8. Ability to create a strategy/plan that articulates that incorporates a business's vision.

  1. MBA or another advanced degree.
Compensation:

$132,000.00 - $220,000.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
