  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including electronic and mechanical design, to achieve project objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in reliability engineering, electronic design, mechanical design, or related fields.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is necessary for most roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in system requirement elicitation, definition, and functional allocation to hardware and software components.
  • Strong knowledge of information processing hardware, including computer chips, circuit boards, and computer systems.
  • Proficient in drafting technical specifications and analyzing hardware configurations and processing solutions.
  • Experience in establishing and executing testing protocols for hardware compliance.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a proven track record in developing and executing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in developing and executing integration plans and procedures for software and hardware integration tests.
  • Responsible for integration execution and preparation of test documentation.
  • Experience in conducting integration and formal test analysis and documenting results for requirement verification.
  • Experience supporting planning, execution, analysis, reporting, system evaluation, and field support for Test and Evaluation at the system level, including strategic, space, and missile warning missions.
  • Familiarity with Combatant Command and Service Level operations and acquisition directorates.
  • Experience in preparing and executing comprehensive subsystem and enterprise-level test plans and procedures.
  • Documenting test requirements and methodologies in the requirements management system.
