As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and directing lifestyle and product photography assets, as well as retouching images to drive online brand presence and consumer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure final photography meets brand style guides

• Work with photography leads to determine shot lists and responsibilities on set

• Operate primary photography camera on set

• Consult with internal clients to discuss visual needs for web and print

• Possess advanced knowledge of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and software

• Organize, resize, and retouch images, as well as create GIFs as needed

• Develop storyboards, shot lists, and identify visual style in pre-production

• Conduct research and preparation for shoots, staying current with industry trends, developments, and new techniques

• Create digital designs with photo assets for digital media campaigns

• Ensure photography consistency throughout digital channels

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of photography experience in the field

• Intermediate experience with photography and post software

• Excellent graphic skills with a keen eye for photography and retouching

• Ability to be innovative, creative, and think outside the box

• Passion for staying up-to-date on current and emerging digital marketing trends for photography

• Understanding of camera theory and techniques

• Ability to manage a project from beginning to end

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator

**Work Environment:**

The working conditions are normal for an office environment.
