Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple teams of business analysts dedicated to various systems or functional areas, including responsibilities for resource allocation, budget oversight, performance assessment, and staffing.
- Provide expert technical guidance to guarantee efficient design, development, and implementation processes while adhering to established protocols.
- Formulate strategies and guidelines for optimal staffing needs, managing resources, budgetary constraints, and contributing to the establishment of operational standards.
- Address issues that extend beyond immediate responsibilities, applying comprehensive knowledge of business analysis methodologies and a foundational understanding of related fields.
- Collaborate with teams to meet objectives, influencing and negotiating with senior leadership across different functions, and engaging with external stakeholders as necessary.
- Utilize evaluative judgment based on thorough analysis of complex and dynamic situations, drawing insights from a wide array of internal and external data sources.
- Assess risks associated with business decisions, prioritizing the organization’s reputation and safeguarding its assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining ethical standards in conduct and practices.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries.
- Expertise in complex analytical and problem-solving techniques.
- Technical proficiency with a background in technology.
- Familiarity with Mainframe applications.
- Experience in data analysis methodologies.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Master's degree is preferred.
