The Chief People Officer is a key member of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR initiatives for designated facilities
  • Act as the HR representative on leadership teams
  • Serve as a bridge between the facility and regional management to ensure HR strategies are in sync with business needs
  • Track and ensure the success of facility-specific metrics such as turnover rates
  • Collaborate with facility leaders to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees while addressing performance issues appropriately
  • Manage employee relations matters in compliance with organizational and legal standards
  • Facilitate the acceptance of HR initiatives, manage organizational change, and mitigate conflicts at all levels
  • Provide expert consultation on various HR issues including compensation, benefits, staffing, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proactively identify and address performance gaps and risks in HR and business operations among various stakeholders
  • Work with Centers of Excellence to develop innovative HR solutions and provide feedback on the effectiveness of policies, programs, and processes
