The University of Miami Health System is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor of Rheumatology to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled rheumatologist to provide excellent consultative and follow-up care to patients at Uhealth Solé Mia and Uhealth Medical Campus. The successful candidate will also provide inpatient and outpatient medical consultation at the University of Miami hospital and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain an outpatient clinical practice at Uhealth Solé Mia and Uhealth Medical Campus.
- Diagnose and treat adult patients with arthritis and other types of musculoskeletal diseases.
- Rotate on attending schedule at University of Miami hospital and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
- MD Degree and ACGME US internal medicine internship and residency.
- Completed 2-year ACGME US Rheumatology fellowship.
- Valid American Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
- Valid unrestricted Florida Medical License or eligibility to apply.
- BLS certification.
- Valid DEA licensure.
