As a Retail Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in overseeing our team of retail associates, engaging with our clientele, and enhancing the overall performance and profitability of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee, mentor, and cultivate store personnel to enhance overall operational efficiency (financial, organizational, communication, etc.).
- Ensure the store upholds and maintains a presentation that aligns with company standards regarding store aesthetics and customer service.
- Guarantee appropriate staffing levels through active participation in crafting store work schedules and assigning in-store roles.
- Comprehend labor regulations and optimal labor utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback as needed; collaborate with store staff to devise solutions for operational challenges.
- Communicate merchandising program procedures to store personnel and ensure adherence and comprehension.
- Review and assess reports and policy/procedure discrepancies for rectification of variations.
- Analyze store financial reports to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Collaborate with the Field consultant and store staff to develop strategies for financial improvement.
- A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management is preferred.
- Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule and have access to a vehicle with insurance.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, energetic and self-motivated demeanor, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to success are essential.
