Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to lead a team of sales and service associates in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow business through in-branch customer contact, local marketing, educational seminars, and client appreciation.
- Oversee operational activities, including supervision of local risk and compliance issues and customer concerns.
- Foster the development of a team of associates by training, mentoring, counseling, and motivating branch representatives.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in financial sales roles.
- Three or more years of management experience in a financial services environment is highly desirable.
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 licenses are required, with the Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

- A competitive base salary range of $106,500 - $171,500 per year, with placement in the range based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, and relevant experience.
