Join Our Team as a Child Care Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

About the Role

As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging and educational activities that promote learning and development
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child care
  • Monitor and record children's progress and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool

Pay Range: $20.75 per hour based on experience and education
