Key Responsibilities:

  • Service a book of business with precision and attention to detail
  • Log applications, prepare binders, and process policies and endorsements with efficiency
  • Bind risk, post the invoice, and process technical data with accuracy
  • Screen renewal applications, send out renewal letters, and perform underwriting tasks as needed
  • Assist with new business development and contribute to the growth of the organization
  • Order and follow up on inspections, handle endorsement requests, and referrals for the underwriter
  • Manage relationships with retail agents and ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Insurance experience in underwriting and/or brokerage support with excess & surplus lines preferred
  • Sales & marketing experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
