Pharmacy Director

As a Pharmacy Manager at Optum, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare company and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Coach and develop pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the pharmacy remains compliant and competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Wisconsin.
- CPR certification.
- Certified immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to administer Long Acting Injectables.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a pharmacy setting.
