Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst to join our team at CV Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections. You will also perform financial modeling and analysis to support key business decisions, including recapitalization and investment strategies. Additionally, you will utilize Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a private equity-backed or health/wellness company. You will have expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and a strong understanding of recapitalization processes, debt financing, and private equity structures.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
