Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the work of assigned units, collaborating with other patient care units and related departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Evaluate unit nursing care and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Lead and direct the work of others, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including administrative and clinical responsibilities, to ensure the smooth operation of our nursing units.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois
- BSN or MSN degree preferred
- ACLS certification
- CPR certification
