About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Urology Technician II to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our urology patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with patient care during office visits and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, including setting up equipment and supplies.
  • Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.
  • Perform various clinical and technical tasks, including urinalysis and other laboratory tests.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure efficient patient flow and timely completion of procedures.
  • Participate in daily operational activities to maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a medical assistant or in a related field; urology experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control principles.
