Key Responsibilities of the Behavior Consultant:
- Oversee a manageable caseload of clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
- Perform thorough assessments to understand client needs.
- Design tailored goals and programs aimed at facilitating client success.
- Supervise the implementation of behavior intervention strategies by Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
- Ensure accurate documentation of all services provided.
- Participate in personalized professional development initiatives.
