Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to oversee clinical operations and staff in our assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience in supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality clinical programming and services are delivered to clients
  • Supervise and develop staff to meet clinical expectations and responsibilities
  • Participate in clinical case reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with other Regional Directors to support growth and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA and supervisory role
  • Clearances and licenses as required by state
