Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Gulph Creek Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Take food and beverage orders from customers and serve drinks as requested.
• Mix drinks using a variety of ingredients, including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.
• Monitor patrons for alcohol intake to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Assist in ensuring patrons have a safe way home.
• Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting professionally with patrons.
• Keep the bar area clean, safe, and organized.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
• Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
• Prepare food items, slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks.
• Balance the cash register, take inventory of stock, and replenish as needed.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and method of preparation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of standard menu items and food and drink safety protocols.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage orders, while providing excellent customer service.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances.
• Market, sell, and serve all menu items.
• Complete side work, including stocking, wiping down counters and tables, etc.
• Respond to the needs and requests of the guests.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross-training.
