Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests with courtesy and efficiency
  • Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with brand guidelines
  • Engage with bar patrons in a welcoming manner
  • Offer insightful recommendations on menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Accurately process orders and communicate with the kitchen
  • Adhere to all regulations regarding alcohol service
  • Participate in promotional activities for the bar
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and uphold cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous experience in bar service is preferred
  • ServeSafe Alcohol Certification is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Team-oriented with a professional attitude
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Good mobility and balance are essential
  • Clear speech and attentive listening skills are necessary
Work Environment:
May involve exposure to wet surfaces, loud sounds, and a fast-paced atmosphere.
