Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school district near Texas City, TX. This is a full-time or part-time position, offering flexibility to suit your preferences.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, therapy sessions, and other required documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student success and integration of therapy goals into the classroom environment.
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and other meetings related to student progress and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
