Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school-age students in a dynamic educational setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and other professionals to support student success.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with communication disorders, including speech, language, and cognitive impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to support student success and develop strategies for improving communication skills
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active or pending state SLP license required
- Previous school experience preferred, but not required
- ASHA certification is a plus
- Guaranteed hours for direct/indirect services and weekly pay
