Job Title: Starlink Enterprise Account Manager

Join SpaceX, a pioneering company in the space industry, as an Enterprise Account Manager for our Starlink division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large, complex enterprise agreements and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including efficient issue resolution and relationship building
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development
  • Retain and grow the value of assigned accounts
  • Serve as the team's internal expert in a particular vertical (aviation, cellular backhaul, maritime, etc.)
  • Identify and lead implementation of system enhancements and automations to improve internal and external system interfaces
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development, airline operations, engineering, or account management
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years working with customers in the aviation and/or commercial airline business
  • Significant knowledge or experience in commercial or business aviation, satellite communications, and program or account management
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Degree in engineering or business
  • Experience working with the FAA or other aerospace regulatory bodies
  • Significant experience regarding aviation and/or commercial airline business and technical operations
  • Ability to negotiate successfully, especially after a contract is signed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
  • Availability and willingness to travel as needed
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, short & long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks.
