Ascend Autism is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home therapy services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with ASD and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in both home and center settings.
  • Execute tailored treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Monitor and document progress through data collection on behavior and skill acquisition.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, both verbally and in writing.
  • Engage in team meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and be goal-oriented in all tasks.
  • Ensure punctuality and consistency in scheduled therapy sessions.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures established by Ascend Autism.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with children and/or adolescents is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
