Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at LTF Technology, a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced OEM LED products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing OEM customer accounts. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Huntley, IL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with OEM Purchasers/engineers and lighting designers to introduce LTF products and their advantages to OEMs.
  • Expand sales within the Lighting manufacturers & electrical distribution and national sales channels.
  • Accountable for achieving sales, prices, and profit margins with customers within the territory.
  • Coordinate all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and, where necessary, involve engineering force and marketing support.
  • Ensure continuity of account relationships at all levels between the company and the accounts.
Requirements:
  • Strong B2B Sales and customer-focused background.
  • Ability to build customer confidence, increase customer satisfaction, and respond promptly to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
