We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Carolina Therapy Services in Fayetteville, NC. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses.

About the Role

This is a PRN (as-needed) position that requires flexibility and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing services planned, delegated, and supervised by the Occupational Therapist.

Job Description
  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of treatment plans designed to improve patients' functional capabilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Licensure or certification as required by the state in which you reside or practice.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
