  • Records Management: Oversee records management processes to ensure that project records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication and Planning: Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe design and work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
  • Professional Certifications: PE license and NCEES record are highly preferred.
  • Experience: (10+) years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a minimum of (5) years in a supervisory role.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience managing project budgets and resources.
  • Engineering Design Experience: Experience participating in bids, proposals, and engineering design from concept-to-construction.
  • Field Experience: Field and in-facility experience is highly valued.
  • Industry Experience: Experience supporting projects in the refinery, petrochemical, or midstream (pipeline and terminals) industries.
  • Safety Program: Actively engage and support the Brown and Root safety program and culture.
  • Physical Demands: Must be physically able to perform field trips and engage with personnel, clients, and vendors.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift and carry up to (25) lbs.
  • Work Schedule: Schedules may include extended work hours.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card and pass background checks.
