At Regions Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Testing Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Testing Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our applications systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with testing standards.
  • Test Data Analysis: Analyze test data to determine pain points and recommend improvements or modifications to better meet customer needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation for testing activities and cases.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to create parameters and comparison data for improved accuracy.
  • Post-Production Validation: Perform post-production validation to ensure that applications meet quality standards.
  • Non-Functional Testing: May assist with coordinating non-functional testing activities, including performance testing, concert testing, and pen testing.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of quality or related experience, or Bachelor's degree in related field and two (2) years of quality or related experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to collaborate with other team members and teams, ability to research, analyze data, and derive data-driven solutions, strong priority management skills, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills, strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Regions' Testing Standards: Familiarity with Regions' testing standards and methodologies.
  • Software Implementation Methodologies: Working knowledge of software implementation methodologies.
  • Test Case Design and Strategy: Working knowledge of test case design and strategy.
  • Test Management Tools: Working knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, qTest, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
