Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Artisan Baker to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and merchandising artisan bakery products to promote optimal sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with corporate and state sanitation regulations
  • Follow production lists as developed by the bakery manager or first clerk
  • Operate bakery department equipment, including ovens, mixers, and utensils
  • Assist and/or create customer special orders
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
